Sam Patton grew up in Northern Kentucky, outside of Cincinnati, Ohio. He graduated from Ithaca College in 2012 and began his career that year as an intern at the micro-budget hit factory Blumhouse Productions. He produced and directed his first feature film in 2017, the contained environs horror film DESOLATION which was released by IFC Midnight. During his career, he has worn many hats, but has worked mostly as a Production Accountant. He runs Oliver Street Media, a boutique film studio, out of Covington, KY, where he focuses on media for small businesses, his own creative work, and on helping independent films submit for the Kentucky Film Incentive and shoot in the Bluegrass State.
